Andersen is proud to offer terminal sterilization solutions to many industries. All are competitively priced, easy to use and offer unparalleled versatility.
Tell Us Where you Work
Government-friendly
Andersen has been aiding government research facilities for over 20 years. We are authorized to perform on-site service and training at multiple government agencies. We are also adept at navigating methods government accounts place orders and communicate. GSA pricing available.
All Andersen sterilizers offer terminal sterility (10-6 SAL) at a competitive price point. Our small footprint/large capacity cabinets are easy to use and easy to install, for a seamless addition to your facility.
Several of our sterilizers are FDA-cleared, have integrated process challenge devices and non-permeable liner bags for documented gas levels and reaching 10-6 SAL earlier. EOGas 4 and EOGas 3 systems can be validated and have supporting studies. These systems also offer the highest level of documentation for each cycle.
Commonly Sterilized Items
The items you could sterilize are as limitless as potential areas of research. With Andersen, achieve 10-6 SAL terminal sterilization without loss of efficacy (dulling, clouding or degrading) of:
- Complex devices
- Mated surfaces
- Long narrow lumens
- Elevator mechanisms
- Mixed material devices or trays
- Plastic
- Rubber
- Non-wovens/Cellulose
- Electronics
- Robotics
- Fiber optics
- Batteries
Essential Equipment
Speed up the pace of research. Mitigate contamination concerns by keeping samples in the lab. Ensure you start your process with pristine product.
Abatement Option
We are proud to offer abators that employ a dry catalyst resin. The resin converts ethylene oxide to biodegradable organic compounds. This is in contrast to catalytic abators that burn off EO and can be expensive to install.
Operator Safety
Our exclusive technology works behind the scenes to keep your staff safe. The microdose of EO and smart cabinet design are just two of these safeguards.
Size Matters
High volume, small footprint. With big chambers and small cabinets you can sterilize more without taking up so much counter or floor space.
Affordable
Low acquisition and per cycle cost. Easy and inexpensive installation - no external air compressors or water lines. Essential equipment in every wet lab.
Free training
Our sterilizers are very easy to use and you get free training for the life of your sterilizer. Plus you get a sterilization expert on your team, ready to answer any questions.
Why Ethylene Oxide (EO/EtO) Sterilization?
Ethylene oxide is the gold standard in sterilization. It offers hospital-level sterility assurance (10⁻⁶) along with
unparalleled gentleness and material compatibility.
